Description: HRCA is an approved charitable institution in Hong Kong set up in 2015 with a dedicated online digital platform mainly targeting young-olds aged 45+ and the working youth and providing re-employment service and career advisory service, respectively. Our platform provides profile accreditation services and job matching services for the young-olds seeking job opportunities, so as to develop their second career. On the other hand, we aim to foster the interactions between the young-old and the youth, the young-olds can pass on their rich experiences and networks to young people via our platform and project, providing them with valuable advices in relation to their career path, knowledge of industry and professional development. Through our platform, young-olds and the youth can better understand how to establish their life and career goals and leading to the fulfillment of a brilliant life.; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
