Description: Blessed Ministry Community Church (BMCC), formerly named Blessed Minority Christian Fellowship, was founded in 1992 as a splinter of the Religion Group within Ten Percent Club, one of the oldest LGBTI+ organizations in Hong Kong. The group has grown in size and now operates as a church organization, limited by guarantee. BMCC is now one of the oldest inclusive churches affirming LGBTI+ individuals in Asia. It is a non-denominational church that is open to people of all genders, sexualities, races, classes, and ages and does not set preconditions based on these traits for people to serve within the church or to participate in any church activities.; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
