Description: Behind the prosperity of Hong Kong, many family relationships have changed, and children's personal growth has also been deeply affected. Many education professionals say that the issue of core values for teenagers in the 21st century is another challenge in today's Hong Kong society, and teenagers will become the crux of social, family and educational problems. Most of the young people we plan to serve come from grassroots families. With the lack of social resources, we decided to stand up and lend a helping hand to become their fellow travelers on the road of life.; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
