Description: Hong Kong Paws Foundation (HK Paws) is operated on a 100% voluntary basis by dedicated volunteers. HK Paws aims to raise awareness of animal welfare issues and to reduce a large number of dogs and cats that are abused, abandoned or destroyed everyday. Our Foundation believes that the current laws on animal welfare and their implementation are insufficient to fully protect animals in Hong Kong. We understand that for many people animal welfare is a secondary priority in our busy lives. However we feel that every member of our society has a responsibility to alleviate animal cruelty. We hope that through our work in Hong Kong we can also raise awareness of animal welfare in China.; "Yes I Can" Education Fund Limited is a charity dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through transformative overseas experiences. The organisation provides scholarships for students to participate in a one-year high school exchange program in the United States. This opportunity is designed to broaden their horizons, inspire them to see a future full of possibilities, and help them break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. The fund operates on the belief that when young people can see a future, they will not give up on themselves.
