- Silence is a registered HK Charity under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance and is also a member of the HKCSS. Since we lack of government funding, we rely on the support from the community. Mission: We serve the hearing impaired, aiming to inspire and unleash individual talent and harness collective strength. In doing so, we aspire to build a harmonious and barrier-free world.
- Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
