- SLCO Community Resources is an independent non-profit charitable organization established in 2016 with the support of the Sustainable Knowledge Transfer Project Fund of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. It is committed to promoting sign bilingualism and connecting the deaf and hearing worlds, with the goal of delivering care, knowledge, and strength to all those in need. Their mission is to develop and provide sign bilingual training and communication support services based on linguistic research and frontline service experience, to enhance the language, cognitive, communication, and interpersonal skills of all those in need.
- Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
