Contemporary Charitable Foundation Limited (CCFL) was founded in 2010 as a successor to the Association of Chinese Cultural Preservation Limited (AOCCP). It is a charitable foundation committed to public services. Donations are tax deductible under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance with verification from Inland Revenue Department. CCFL focuses its work on current welfare matters and aims to serve the society at large through contemporary ideologies as well as through advancing social resources. It has no political, religious, race, or nationality affiliations. CCFL believes the importance of “nurturing the young, providing education, supporting the elderly, and relieving the distressed.” It strives to care for the disadvantaged, initiate educational programs for children and teenagers, and offer assistance to the lone elderly. CCFL mobilizes the public to raise awareness about the contemporary needs of disadvantaged communities, and furthermore reallocate charitable resources to serve those in need. With its humanitarian effort, CCFL makes sure that resources in the society are effectively distributed and utilized, and ultimately contributes to building a more peaceful society as well as promoting Chinese culture. CCFL values the importance of financial transparency and “zero administrative cost”. We strive to distribute the different types of donations that we receive to those in need as directly and uncompromised as possible. To achieve CCFL’s goal of “zero administrative cost,” our Honorary Permanent President has taken up the responsibility of all administrative expenses.

To kick start the Fund, Concord Fortune Group has injected an initial endowment and has pledged to donate ongoing funding from its day-to-day operations: with the amount of funding directly linked to the tonnage of materials traded by the Group. This ties in with the Group’s core business philosophy - to “give back” to the community within which we operate. The main focus of the Fund is to help underprivileged children to equip themselves through education and proper training so they can earn their living independently as well as make their contribution to society in the future. To minimise the administrative cost, as well as giving its colleagues an opportunity to work and contribute to the community, Concord Fortune Group encourages the personal participation of staff and also their families. According to statistics overseas, 90% of Children of Deaf Adults (CODA) are hearing. Naturally, CODAs are bilingual (of both sign and oral languages) and bicultural (of both hearing and non-hearing cultures). However, such an important aspect has largely been overlooked by the society. The education and welfare package for CODAs is far from adequate. The development of intellectual, physical and emotional health of CODAs has suffered as a result. ​CODA(HK) is the first of its kind in Asia. Established in 2013, its objectives are to help CODAs of Hong Kong understand and acknowledge their special identity as bilingual and bicultural, learn and develop potential skills, build a self-help community, and adopt positive outlooks of life. CODAs are the second generation of deaf people. We are therefore concerned about government policies of deaf welfare and sign language. Through education, advocacy, publication and academic research, we promote knowledge of sign language and deaf culture to the public and various stakeholders. We believe in building a society in which the deaf and the hearing integrate harmoniously. Our Mission is (i) to provide professional and diversified services and activities to CODAs; (ii) to support CODAs’ life development; to increase CODAs’ awareness and acceptance of their bilingual and bicultural identity, (iii) to help CODAs build a positive outlook on life; (iv) to encourage CODAs to serve and care for deaf people, and become a bridge between the hearing and the deaf worlds.

CityLab also called “City Laboratory” and “Incubator” is a co-working center. We value the synergy of resources, manpower, and wisdom rather than co-working space. We have had more than 20 small resident associations for the first year. The produced synergy is far beyond our imagination because of mutual love and help. We are grateful for the ministry’s development, mutual love, and blessing. There are many exciting developments in 2020. Several cooperatives including “HappyMen” and “DADs Network” successfully applied financial supports. Besides, we assisted educational experts in establishing the "Hong Kong Association for Education Leadership " (HKAEL)which aims to promote “Growth Mindset” and “Transformational Education Leadership”. The association count on the youth to transform “Fixed Mindset” to “Growth Mindset” and believe in their potential. 本校創於一九三四年，由前清秀才黃子律先生一手創辦，命名鐘聲學校，係創辦人入學之庠名，乃表示平旦鐘聲之意。最初創辦於元朗大橋村，租賃平房，採複式教學，領頭等津貼，日治時期宣告停辦，光復後籌建新校，於一九五七年告成，而為鐘聲徑舊址，初時只是單層之平房，後來因課室太少，不能推廣收容，再於一九六八年擴校，加建二樓，及後繼續擴建，增建有蓋操場、特別室及學校圍牆。一九九四年開始校舍改善工程計劃，在本校籃球場近南面圍牆加建一座五層高的建築物，每層除包括兩個五十六平方米的課室外，並於二樓設有通道貫通新舊校舍，新建築物地下是有蓋操場，二樓設有教師室，三樓是會客室及美勞室，四樓是中央圖書館而五樓則為學生活動中心，新校舍於一九九八年中落成，現已全面啟用，學生的學習環境得到進一步改善。一九九八年改建特別室為電腦室的工程已於二千年三月完成。二零零五年九月更獲配一所千禧校舍，樓高七層，設備完善，續辦全日制小學，發揚鐘聲校風「敦品勵學」的精神。 學校願景 凝聚地區力量，建立一所孩子喜愛、 各界人士認同和信賴的學校
