CityLab also called “City Laboratory” and “Incubator” is a co-working center. We value the synergy of resources, manpower, and wisdom rather than co-working space. We have had more than 20 small resident associations for the first year. The produced synergy is far beyond our imagination because of mutual love and help. We are grateful for the ministry’s development, mutual love, and blessing. There are many exciting developments in 2020. Several cooperatives including “HappyMen” and “DADs Network” successfully applied financial supports. Besides, we assisted educational experts in establishing the "Hong Kong Association for Education Leadership " (HKAEL)which aims to promote “Growth Mindset” and “Transformational Education Leadership”. The association count on the youth to transform “Fixed Mindset” to “Growth Mindset” and believe in their potential. They can enhance their talents with appropriate methods and Grit, then gaining supports from love and Powner (Power Ownership). The youth can fulfill themselves and create a better future Vision: Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 本堂(中華基督教會油塘梁發紀念禮拜堂)成立於 2005 年 10 月。 母堂(即中華基督教會梁發紀念禮拜堂)創立於主曆 1963 年 12 月 1 日，至今已超過五十年。母堂起初座落於觀塘通明街，遂開展福 音工作，同時開辦幼稚園服務社區。中華基督教會香港區會於 1965 年於觀塘成立基法小學，1965 年 2 月 25 日奠基，母堂亦於 1966 年 1 月遷入月華街 34 號並於 1 月 9 日揭幕，繼續聖工。母堂經區會命 名為「梁發紀念禮拜堂」，為的是紀念第一位被按立的中國人牧者梁 發先生，目的是要信徒效法他為主工作。 蒙主恩佑，2005 年適逢基法小學遷校油塘之際，母堂於 2005 年 10 月 2 日於油塘道 25 號(基法小學(油塘)內)拓植新堂，舉行啟 堂崇拜成立「中華基督教會油塘梁發紀念禮拜堂」，以延續母堂與基 法小學(現基法小學(油塘))多年來堂校合作之良好關係。2006 年 10 月 1 日舉行獻堂禮，蒙主分別為聖。 本堂於 2008 年 2 月 27 日註冊成為有限公司，並於 2008 年 8 月 24 日起由稅務局註冊為公共性質的慈善機構並獲豁免繳稅，並已於 2009 年 10 月 24 日獲中華基督教會香港區會正式接納為「自養堂」。 由於本區內地新移民逐年增多，亦有很多新移民加入本堂，故決定開 展內地新移民事工，遂於 2013 年 10 月開始第二堂崇拜及普通話事 工。本堂自開堂至今蒙主恩佑，各項事工順利開展。 母堂為觀塘山上之城，本堂盼為油塘之光。 本堂信仰綱要，乃秉承中華基督教會之信仰大綱: 1. 信仰基督耶穌為贖罪之救主，為教會之基礎，以基督天國普建 於世界為目的。 2. 接納舊新兩約聖經為上帝之言，由靈感而成，為吾人信仰及本 份之最高準則。 3. 承認使徒信經堪以表示正宗教會共信之要道。

本教會由瑞典宣教士艾喜德教士 Madam Asta NILSSON於一九五六年連同數名華人信徒創辦。艾教士幼年從宣教士口中得悉中國福音需要，在一九四六年毅然前赴中國陝北地區進行開荒佈道。及後，由於 政局轉變，在一九五一年返回家鄉等候。神讓艾教士在一九五四年再度東來參與在港的難民福音工作。艾教士及一些華人信徒有見土瓜灣區居民不但逼切需要福音， 亦需要獲得教育，同心於一九五六年創立教會及辦學，伯大尼學校便開始為土瓜灣區的清貧子弟作出服侍，直至港府提供九年免費教育，伯大尼學校才告暫停。除本 堂長老錢衛樑長老為伯大尼學校的畢業生外，其他畢業生均為本港的發展作出重要貢獻。為著配合教會的發展需要及拓展青少福音事工，本教會於一九九二年遷往同區之馬頭圍道德信商場聚會至今。

本堂會（基督教愛真理堂）源於五旬節聖潔會（當時名為五旬節聖潔會愛真理堂）。欲知更多該時期的歷史，請按此處。 隨著堂會發展，愛真理堂越發重視對基督信仰的認識，須建基於嚴謹的聖經解讀之上。嚴謹所指乃重視聖經作為神話語於歷史中之見證，在解讀與應用上須克服各種文化、時空、言語等的差異，從中尋找出神話語超時空的指引。故本堂反對一切以傳統主義、規條主義、金句式釋經為基礎的聖經神學應用。在此觀點上，本堂會與五旬節聖潔會漸漸產生分歧與矛盾。
