本堂成立于二零零零年一月一日,最初只有十多位弟兄姊妹,以家庭聚会开始,其后也曾借用屯门一教会星期六晚上作崇拜,主日则在元朗 市鎭公园举行聚会。蒙神的祝福带领,同年六月,教会正式注册为「香港基督教磐石教会」“The Christian Church on the Rock Hong Kong”,上帝亦为我们建立了第一个正式堂址,在元朗同乐街的旧式唐楼,只有一千多尺。虽然面积细小,但却有瓦遮头,不需再到处频 扑。简单的装修和用心的布置,成为一间别致的小教堂。两年后,于二零零二年六月,上帝赐给我们一个更大的地方,在元朗大马路的诚信 商业大厦十二楼,全层2250尺。主恩无限,实在而奇妙,主耶稣的工作从没止息!二零零八年六月,上帝再带领我们迁往九龙区的中心地 带,那里的交通四通八达,即是现时本堂的堂址,太子道西旺角城大厦四楼全层共三千多尺,还额外有一个近千尺的露台。 我们是一间没有宗派背景的独立基督教会。上帝赐给我们异象,广传福音,领人归主,建立门徒,建造坚实的教会。教会取名为磐石教会, 是建立在磐石上的意思,磐石就是主的道,圣经的话语。本堂著力于传福音,建立生命,活出见证,作真门徒,不做假信徒。

歷史 1966年 由曾霖芳牧師在香港創立 「海外神學院基督中心堂」。 1968年 「基督中心堂　九龍塘堂」成立。 1976年 「基督中心堂　佐敦堂」成立。 1985年 「基督中心堂　荃灣堂」成立。 1993年 「基督中心堂　旺角堂」成立。 1996年 「香港海外神學院」遷往美國加州聖荷西。 1997年 各堂轉為獨立註冊，並蒙神賜福，均有穩健的發展。 目標 本堂的異象和使命，教會一切聖工的設立和發展，都以耶穌基督於馬太福音二十八章十九至二十節的吩咐為目標： 「所以你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父子聖靈的名，給他們施洗； 凡我所吩咐你們的，都教訓他們遵守；我就常與你們同在，直到世界的末了。」 現況 感謝神的恩眷，本堂聚會人數和地界得以不斷增長和擴展，現聚會人數包括成人及兒童約有六百多人，而面積約達八千多平方呎。 我們採用分齡牧養的方式，而牧養的重點乃敬拜生活、聖經教導、信徒相交、 信仰生活實踐及事奉裝備訓練等。 除了著重本地的福音工作外， 我們也學習積極差遣及支持不同的宣教士往外地宣揚福音， 現宣教的範圍已包括南美洲、非洲和歐洲等地。 同工 Audit Report 2020 - http://cccjor.ddns.net/bal/2021/Audit%20Report%202020

教會歷史 基督中心堂 和 香港海外神學院 是曾霖芳牧師於1966年秋天所創立。蒙神恩典， 香港海外神學院辦學歷30載；而教會事工更一直延續至今。隨著曾牧師的帶領，到李苓牧師，再到後來各堂獨立，共發展至四個堂會、六個聚會地區。其中實在有很多神的作為和恩典，是不能忘記的。因此，在此願將神的恩惠與大家共同分享，以求一切榮耀頌讚歸給祂！ 從過去神在教會中的所施行的帶領和作為所見，讓我們認識到「 基督中心堂 」這教會，是一間： 1.宣講神話語的教會：相信聖經每一句都是神的話，不是人的話，都是真實的。人最大的需要是神的話，神的道使人能行在祂的正道中。 2.單憑信心的教會：憑單純的信心開展神的工作，並仰賴祂的供應。多年來沒有宣傳或募捐。 3.重視傳福音和栽培的教會：從1968年始，教會的祈禱查經班、主日學、交通會、夏令會等培靈聚會都沒有終斷過，為的是要叫弟兄姊妹在靈性和真理上都有根基和成長。 4.強調生活力行的教會：對照初期教會敬虔的簡樸生活，我們講求的不是外表的裝璜、禮儀等，更追求的是在生活上有神的同在、同工、同行。

To investigate the psychological processes of the struggles and puzzles in Christian religious/spiritual life and their applications in helping Christians to transcend their problems leading towards maturity instead of church/faith exit, and in bringing back ex- Christians. 4. To develop bible-oriented psychotherapy for Christians and non-Christians based on the wisdom of the bible on how to lead a healthy and abundant life, other than salvation. 5.To enrich the understanding of the bible with the understanding of the psychological nature of humans. 6. To develop scales for the measurement of characters or states related to the above objectives. 7. To introduce the proper nature of psychology to the church changing her negative views towards psychology. 8. To maintain and promote the spiritual growth of Christian psychologists who are members.

本堂 (路德會救主基督堂) 源自座落於大埔道290號的路德會救主堂，該堂於1950年成立。 早於1977年9月，母會香港路德會獲教育署批准在九龍深水埗東沙島街150號開辦路德會西門英才中學，當時一班路德會救主堂的熱心教友，在張勝球牧師領導下，在這座新校舍禮堂成立教會，由張勝球牧師任主任牧師，並由陳懋森先生及鄭漢龍先生二位聖職教師協助堂務，開始舉行主日崇拜及團契聚會，向該校學生、家長及附近居民展開佈道工作，當時仍沿用路德會救主堂名稱。隨著堂務發展，本堂於1982年12月以有限公司註冊成立，並獲香港稅務局批准為認可慈善免稅團體，及至1993年5月更改名稱為路德會救主基督堂，繼續傳揚福音、施行聖禮工作。 至1996年9月，由於教育署學校改善計劃，路德會西門英才中學獲分配遷入元朗一座全新校舍繼續辦學，東沙島街舊校舍則由政府收回。鑑於路途遙遠，本堂教友不便隨校遷堂元朗，於是購入深水埗東沙島街182號潤恆大廈2樓 A座作為教堂，於1997年5月18日舉行新堂奉獻禮，元朗新校則由母會安排同工擔任佈道事工。隨著教會發展需要，更蒙上帝恩賜，本堂於2003年再購入隔鄰B座單位，擴建成現在的堂址，並於2003年12月7日舉行擴堂感恩崇拜暨奉獻禮。
