茫茫業海，芸芸眾生。綱紀敗壞，名教沉淪。人間蠅營狗苟者眾，追名逐利如中蠱毒，醉生夢死如飲狂泉，遂致三尸五毒交煎，原罪業障連綿。更有甚者，與眷屬仇敵生生世世輾轉輪迴六道，綑綁難分，最終永墮地獄，無有出期。 東周戰國時期，孟子曾對滕文公曰：「世衰道微，邪說暴行有作，臣弒其君者有之，子弒其父者有之。孔子懼，作春秋。」諸君見文思義，自可想像當時各類邪說歪理四起、暴行惡事不息。各人在權色名利之前，父母不慈、子女不孝、臣民不忠、君主不仁。甚麼五常十善九美德全皆拋諸腦後，令到家國社稷如火坑苦海，人間永無寧日，地獄恆添新囚。 時至今天，雖距孟聖離世逾二千三百年，其聖言仍乃當今天下寫照。有見及此，香港有一信士，深明欲挽狂瀾，非佛莫屬，唯道是卜，遂發心立願要在此大都會中，建立一所道場，方便善信隨時也能前往讀誦《地藏王菩薩本願經》迴向給十方三界六道眾生。此大信士，即前雲鶴山房主持梁景文道長是也。 梁道長立此願後，遂向　呂純陽祖師問乩賜示具體細節。首張乩文告知梁道長，虛空藏菩薩、地藏王菩薩及呂祖仙師均會長駐於此道場。呂祖仙師並賜與本祠「二藏仙祠」之名，以分別代表本祠能為「天地人」三界眾生服務之深意。

Charged Hong Kong is here to help support and accelerate that process, so that residents of Hong Kong can enjoy the accompanying improvements to air quality and our environment. Our three objectives are: To support and advocate for Air Quality and other improvements to the environment in and around Hong Kong. To promote the adoption of plug-in electric vehicles in Hong Kong.
