愛孩子慈善基金於2014年8月成立為非牟利慈善機構。兒童極需保護與培育，藉教育、遊戲和運動，物質支援與技能培訓，從而發展他們的興趣及培育成為良好的公民。我們的使命仍以關懷兒童及青少年的福祉為基本核心，也是本會發展的根基。 服務宗旨為： 關注兒童及青少年身心均衡發展、培育兒童及青少年成為對社會有貢獻的公民和加強家庭的功能。
