Established in 1970, Agency for Volunteer Service (AVS) is a non-profit organization with charity status mainly financed by funds from the Government, The Community Chest of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and public and private donations.
Mission
To develop partnership with all sectors of the community to mobilize and facilitate individuals, groups and organizations to provide value added and quality volunteer service.
