About the organisation
The Zubin Foundation (Hong Kong registered charity: IR 91/12344), named after Zubin Mahtani Gidumal, is an integrated service provider supporting Hong Kong's ethnically diverse communities. We improve the lives of Hong Kong's ethnically diverse individuals by reducing suffering and providing opportunities. With over 10 years of experience serving and supporting Hong Kong’s ethnically diverse communities, The Zubin Foundation has transformed countless lives. Yet poverty continues to deepen, and thousands – including women experiencing domestic violence, elderly individuals living alone, and children facing mental health challenges – still need care, dignity and ongoing support. 港聞／副刊／城市 / 專題 新聞稿 – 即時發佈 《堅韌同行展覽》每一張面孔都有故事 多元族裔青年以藝術訴說生命故事 展現堅韌與力量 香港，2026年9月25日 —— 有些掙扎，旁人未必看得見；有些憂慮，只能默默藏在心裡；有些眼淚，只能獨自承受；有些感受，彷彿無人能夠真正理解。對許多香港多元族裔青年而言，尋找自我身份認同的過程往往是一段深刻而個人的旅程。 今年9月，小彬紀念基金會將舉辦《堅韌同行展覽》（EMPower Me: Journey to Resilience Exhibition），一連三天公開展出由多元族裔青年創作的藝術作品及個人反思。透過一件件充滿個人色彩的創作，青年們分享自己的掙扎與希望，邀請公眾放下既有印象，細心聆聽作品背後的故事，認識故事背後的人。 是次展覽是小彬紀念基金會《我與堅韌同行》（EMPower Me）計劃的成果展，並由領展資產管理有限公司（Link Asset Management Limited）旗艦慈善及社區參與項目領展「愛．匯聚計劃」贊助。作為致力改善香港多元族裔社群生活的註冊慈善機構，小彬紀念基金會一直透過直接服務、教育及倡議工作，為有需要人士減輕困苦，創造更多發展機會。《我與堅韌同行計劃》則協助青年建立自信、發掘潛能，以及尋找屬於自己的聲音。 不只是藝術，更是動人的生命故事 展覽作品風格多元，每件作品都承載著青年獨特的成長歷程與人生體會。雖然作品各有不同，但不少作品均圍繞身份認同、家庭、友誼、歸屬感、心理健康、自我價值及希望等主題，展現藝術如何成為反思、療癒與自我表達的重要媒介。 展覽其中一件焦點作品為 Noor 創作的雕塑作品 《Wonders of Words》（話語的力量）。作品描繪一隻蝴蝶從一張嘴巴被繃帶封住、頸部纏繞鐵絲網的人像上方展翅而出。 Noor 分享道：「《Wonders of Words》（話語的力量）探索克服公開演講恐懼的蛻變歷程。透過這件作品，我反思如何從過度思慮和自我懷疑，逐漸走向正向思維與個人成長。我運用了鮮艷的綠色及自然元素，象徵療癒、重生與自我賦權的過程。正如逐漸脫落的繃帶一樣，當我們學會接納自己的聲音及內在力量，便有能力克服焦慮，建立表達自我的信心。希望這件作品能啟發大家思考語言與溝通所蘊藏的力量，以及每個人內在無限的可能性。」 圖片說明：Noor 創作的人像雕塑作品 《Wonders of Words》（話語的力量） 讓青年聲音被聽見 這些作品共同訴說着一個重要訊息:每一位年輕人都值得被看見、被珍惜。 小彬紀念基金會創辦人兼行政總裁馬夏邐女士(Shalini Mahtani)表示:「透過這次展 覽,青年能夠以自己的方式和創意,分享屬於自己的故事。這些作品所展現的不僅是他們曾 經面對的挑戰,更是他們的堅韌與希望。我們希望參觀人士不僅欣賞作品本身,更能深入了 解多元族裔青年的經歷,並看見他們所擁有的潛能與力量。」 […]
