About the organisation
靈美創意培育基金 於2013年正式成立,為香港特別行政區政府認可之慈善團體, 由本地藝術家及近年致力於藝術教育工作的林旭輝先生發起,並擔任總幹事。 社區正向教育 據統計顯示,近年自殺/自殘及虐老個案數字偏高,當中不少是由家庭關係問題引起。林旭輝 先生策劃的社群藝術活動,向社會大眾、家庭及青少年,宣揚珍惜自己、愛惜家人、互相溝 通、互相饒恕的正向價值,藉以增強家庭及社會整體的抗逆力,建立和諧美麗的社區。 孩子正向價值觀 我們深信, 孩子的健康成長,有賴妥善的教導方法。知性、智慧的增加,與感情、情緒和品 格的成長必須同步,兩者並有互助互補的關係。香港教育的應試文化側重知識學習,忽略品 格、情意及正向價值的培育,所孕育出來的孩子反成缺乏學習興趣、不懂疏導求學壓力及情 緒。世界各國學者早已一致認同,通過藝術教育從小培育兒童,能幫助孩子的智慧與品格得 到平衡、全面的發展。西方國家更是推動藝術教育作為兒童教育基礎。靈美創意所辦的培育 課程及社區活動正是以發展全人為方向,以品格為目標,以藝術作導引,為兒童裝備健康的 身心靈面對日後各種挑戰,跑好「人生馬拉松」,而非只有「贏在起跑線」。
