宗旨及組織 宗旨： 1. 維繫會員間的友誼與聯絡 2. 促進日新月異的飲食文化交流 3. 提高餐飲管理的知識與技術 4. 供給飲食業務的最新消息 5. 向政府有關部門及相關機構反映業界意見 組織： 1. 本協會是一個沒有宗教和政治背景的非牟利團體 2. 由執行會董會負責本協會的行政、發展、財務、康樂活動、公共關係及其他的會務事宜 3. 會員大會：協會每年召開仝人大會一次，審核有關年度的會計結算，選舉下一屆的執行會董會成員，委任核數師。
