盈千福基金有限公司 （babb foundation ltd）是一所根據香港《稅務條例》第88條獲豁免繳稅的慈善機構。 我們以聖經的原則實踐服侍社會及進行扶貧及救災等活動。 透過社區服務和交流活動，開拓青少年的視野。並培育青少年及其家庭從小認識真理，建立美好的心靈和品格、確立和發揮個人潛能，俾能在友愛的群體之生活和體驗中有健康、愉快成長，成為成熟、具責任感及對社會有貢獻的一群。 我們亦栽植青少年健全和正確之價值觀，使他們養成純良正直的品德，達至身、心、社、靈、管之全人成長。同時培育青少年在體格、音樂、藝術，技能、和社交的潛能，讓青少年個人的潛質得以發展，具備卓越的知識和技能。
