About the organisation
本會2014年創立於香港，是由中國民主建國會先賢包達三先生的後人包言正、包鴻勳發起，經香港特別行政區政府批准的非盈利性社團組織。2016年，根據香港《稅務條例》第88條，基金會成為獲得豁免繳稅的慈善機構。 包達三基金會奉行其宗旨為：傳承和弘揚達三先生之愛國精神、繼承並實踐其未竟事業，為國家和民族做貢獻。經過幾年來的發展，基金會目前的主要任務定位為： 1. 傳承和發揚包達三先生的愛國主義精神； 2. 傳承和弘揚中國傳統文化，推動兩岸四地青年對中國傳統文化的學習和交流； 3. 促進兩岸四地青年互通互融，為兩岸四地青年交往交流搭建橋樑； 4. 搭建兩岸四地教育及就業資源互通、共享平臺，為兩岸四地青年就業創業提供幫助。
