About the organisation
明朗服務有限公司成立於一九九七年，乃香港善導會轄下一間經政府註冊的社會企業，以非牟利方式運作，致力為各大小公司、機構和家庭提供不同優質服務。 我們營運擁有逾20年經驗，當年碰著大型屋邨的搬遷，需要大量勞動人士，香港善導會便決定成立一間公司承接整個工程，直接為更生人士帶來工作機會，不需再艱辛地找僱主聘請他們。明朗便因此成立，以非牟利方式運作，至今共有6個業務：搬運物流服務、清潔服務、展覽服務 Smart Exhibition、食品生產 - 明朗廚房、好修成綜合維修服務及融合菜餐廳覓炙 M.J.。
Mission
明朗希望透過提升業務及持續發展，為更生人士及其他弱勢社群如精神病康復者提出多元就業機會及在職培訓，讓他們在工作中建立正確人生觀，協助他們發揮潛能。授人以魚不如授人以漁，對弱勢社群來說，一份工作比只給予資助更重要，明朗期望給予弱勢社群機會踏前一步，讓他們提升競爭力，自給自足，重返社會。
