The Hong Kong Laureate Forum (the Forum) aspires to be a world-class academic exchange event to connect the current and next generations of leaders in scientific pursuit, as well as to promote understanding and interests of the young generation in Hong Kong and around the world in various disciplines in science and technology. Mission - To foster the exchanges among scientists of different generations, cultures and disciplines; - To support youth development in Hong Kong and the international community through facilitating networking among young scientists from different parts of the world; - To promote understanding and interests of the young generation in Hong Kong in various disciplines in science and technology; and - To cooperate with and involve different sectors of the community in promoting education and exchanges in various disciplines in science and technology in Hong Kong.

我們以「扶貧」及「教育」為基本理念，提倡從增廣見聞及技能提升，協助基層青少年走出負能量，藉自力更生，從根源走出基層困境。 我們重視青少年財商教育及生涯規劃，會定期舉辦不同的講座和課程，將財商教育及新興技能深入淺出，轉化為年青人易懂而感興趣的內容，並希望用外國盛行的「edutainment 」（寓學習於遊戲）的方式，讓他們可以藉體驗式學習，建立正確金錢觀及培養理財習慣和思維，以及對自身生涯規劃作出反思，從而為他們在青少年階段建立良好的財商基礎和人生規劃，在未來的成長中有更好的發展。

Established in 2010, First Initiative Foundation (FIF) is a registered charity that supports and organises local initiatives to benefit the arts, education, community welfare, and promotion of Hong Kong’s unique culture on the world stage. FIF is committed to the value of giving and uplifting the best of Hong Kong. FIF’s current initiatives include scholarships in various disciplines for outstanding Hong Kong students both locally and abroad, mentorship-based projects including masterclasses with international artists and artist-in-residence programmes, projects that preserve and celebrate local traditional crafts and cultural heritage, as well as unique educational outreach programmes in the arts and sciences.

金文泰中學的前身為「香港官立漢文中學」，於1926年3月1日開辦，為香港歷史最悠久的官立中文中學。歷年來，學校培育畢業生達數千名，校友遍佈各行各業，世界各地，表現優異，為社會作出卓著的貢獻。同時，歷屆校友都積極回饋母校，作為母校強大的支援。

持戒為本；淨土為歸；觀心為要；善友為依。 約六十年前，葉慧超（人稱七姑）隨上筏下可大和尚出家後，法名隆慧字淨超。於大嶼山羌山鹿湖村七號把當時的“一葉洒”茅蓬重建成為兩層的淨室供徒眾修行。為師弟的梁能証為助上淨下超師太一臂之力建道場，亦隨她出家，法號上智下妙。上智 下妙師公在重建道場的過程中付出甚巨，後來收徒眾三人，其中上妙下慈師父因為較為知書識墨亦為慧蓮付出不少，平時在天后下院接眾。 直至2004年由於老師父們年紀太老無力做作山上的體力勞動，把慧蓮搬遷到天后至今。 慧蓮第四代曾孫上圓下音愧立
