本院確信舊約及新約聖經為獨一真神的啟示，全部由神的靈感動而成，永遠真實可信，並無錯誤。 本院認同福音派教會的信仰，並接受使徒信經為信仰的準則︰ 1.相信真神，乃是全能的父，創造天地的主。 2.相信主耶穌基督，乃是神的獨生子，因聖靈感孕，由童貞女馬利亞所生，在本丟彼拉多手下受難，被釘於十字架、受死、埋葬、降在陰間、第三天從死裡復活、升天，坐在全能父神的右邊；將來必從那裏降臨，審判活人死人。 3.相信聖靈，乃是三位一體神之一位格，與聖父、聖子同等、同尊、同榮。 4.相信聖而公之教會、聖徒相通、罪得赦免、身體復活和信永生。
