About the organisation
We are a group of individuals who care about the growing up of young people in China and in Hong Kong. We have no political nor religious affiliations. Most of us live in Hong Kong but since we registered ourselves as a charity in 2003, an increasing number of us have come from Taiwan, Singapore, England, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, Bermuda and the Mainland. Many of us take part in ensuring that our services reached those we aimed to serve. Many more of us help spread our message. We see those we helped as our equals. We see them as people who require temporary assistance and who lack some guidance only. Once they overcome their difficulties , they will shine, more so than ever. We see ourselves as those who are privileged to have been tasked with the mission of providing help. We are humbled by the experiences we gained in the process. Our work is done not for financial gains. It is done simply because we care. We believe we can all do something. Mission - To provide educational assistance and services to students in rural China - To enable young people in Hong Kong to understand themselves and their country; - To serve and to learn with pride.

2026.05.13-17 visiting Yunnan 2nd semester 2025-26 visits Yunnan 5-day trip View Or Download 培苗行動探訪團 – 雲南省德宏州梁河縣 – 梁河縣第一中學 2026年5月14日，大部隊浩浩蕩蕩，大清早便到達梁河一中與苗兒見面。 活動前，梁河縣人民政府、梁河縣教育體育局安排了正式的捐贈儀式，既感謝也讚賞培苗行動2023年起在梁河縣梁河一中的工作。如曹主席說，更要感謝的是各位盡心盡力的捐助人，沒有您們一直身體力行的支持，培苗怎能走得這麼遠。 受梁河縣人民政府邀請，到河西鄉看望村裡的長者，與他們共進撲實且美味的農家菜。培苗送給村民血壓計、血糖計，剛巧今天派上用場。 高三苗兒們，希望你們的紙飛機，乘載着你們寫下的美好祝願，傲翔萬里！ 培苗行動探訪團 – 雲南省德宏州盈江縣 – 盈江縣第一中學 2026年5月14日，下午，到校後沒有安排慣常的工作坊，就讓苗兒們跟捐助人休閒的享受下午茶聚，玩咭牌遊戲。 校長很貼心，準備了舞蹈團和唱歌班表演，邊吃邊欣賞。一曲”春風吻上我的臉”，好聽。 培苗行動探訪團 – 雲南省德宏州盈江縣 – 盈江縣民族完全中學 甫到校，苗兒送上民族小布袋；又以傣族舞夾道相迎，捐助人也技癢，那就一起來吧。 活動之一是分組搭建高塔，旨意各人步步高陞；接著由苗兒帶領，跳起景頗族目瑙纵歌。短短時間內，把兩個小數民族的舞蹈都學會啦。 首次安排在戶外晚餐，風味十足。湯是五指毛桃竹米炖鸡汤，竹米是竹子開花後所結出的珍貴種子，餐廳老闆娘特別為我們準備，讓我們補補身子，甜蜜溫馨。 培苗行動探訪團 – 雲南省德宏州隴川縣 – 隴川章鳳完全第一中學 2026年5月15日，大部隊早上從盈江縣去隴川縣，車程不到2小時，下車後也該舒展筋骨，活動活動。 籃球、排球、羽毛球已準備好，大家比試一下吧。 午餐時，小女生代表學校送來一束鮮花，可惜帶不了回來，那就只好放在培苗芒市辦公室。 培苗行動探訪團 – 雲南省德宏州隴川縣 – 隴川縣第一中學 2026年5月15日下午，來到隴川一中，首場工作坊跟高一、二苗兒說說溝通技巧，建立自信。感謝關叔叔（關則輝先生）親身示範及講解握手的正確方式，很是受用呢。 有捐助人說：最享受與苗兒交流，特別是一起用餐時，彼此在輕鬆的氛圍下，有說不完的話題。雖說食不言寢不語，但又怎捨讓時光白白溜走呢。 培苗行動探訪團 – 雲南省德宏州芒市 […]
