本機構札根香港快將四十年，於2005年註册為香港特區非牟利社團，2012年認可 為慈善機構。多年來在教育局、大專院校及中小學幼稚園、民間舞蹈團體的培訓均具成績，成就了業界多方面的貢獻：包括精英舞蹈演員、導師及舞台制作等。
