中華錫安傳道會社會服務部為政府資助的非牟利基督教社會服務機構，自1970年起在慈雲山設立社會服務。本會轄下三間服務中心，慈雲山錫安青少年綜合服務中心、慈雲山錫安青少年綜合服務中心分處青少年就業培訓及創藝發展中心、恩慈家庭及幼兒互助中心。
