使命: 以愛傳愛、助人自學、創造和諧社會。 願景: 青雲社要成為一個以愛傳愛、關心社區、服務有需要社群，而具代表性的義工服務團體。 核心價值: 青雲社是一個獨立自主、助人自學、有愛、有使命感的團體。 成立宗旨 1. 以慈善形式幫助香港有需要人士，包括貧困人士、弱勢社群及老弱婦孺； 2. 透過推動義務工作提升香港市民的公民意識； 3. 培養義工的個人潛能，以提升義務工作的質素； 4. 為香港義工提供義務工作交流的平台。 青雲社成立於一九九七年三月十五日，由一群來自社會不同階層、不同背景，但均以服務社會為目標的青年人所組成的義工團隊, 以沒有宗教及政治背景, 非單一服務對象, 完全獨立自主, 以協助社會弱勢社群及社員成長為核心信念而成立.
