是由一群熱心於社區服務和福音工作的神職人員、社工、大學講師及不同專業人仕於2000年12月4日於香港正式註冊的非牟利慈善團體。 信念 本著基督精神，以關心和愛心推動社區關懷和發展，催化社群互助網絡的建立。本網絡相信在多元化的社會中、群策群力，互補長短的合作方式更能體現這精神。 方向 連結不同專業和不同的基督教宗派作為伙伴，對有需要的教會和社團作出支援，並以此推動不同的社區服務和福音工作。
