願景： 每位教師都有創意的能量 並能培養有創造力的學生 宗旨： 1) 促進教育，推動本港與世界各地教師創意專業發展，培養具創造力的學生，本會推廣創意教學及創新性活動； 2) 為促進創意教育，引發學生手腦並用、從參與中學習，本會與不同機構合作，以加強創新性學習效能； 3) 為促進創意教育，提供跨學科、跨地域、跨機構協作，共同探究、獎勵、評估與分享創新思維與創意教學； 4) 為促進教育，支援教師發揮創造力，培育具創新思維的教師； 5) 為促進本會的宗旨，舉辦研討、交流、培訓、獎勵等活動，疏理創意思維理念與學理，分享實踐以擴闊視野，促進多元教學建構與實踐計劃。
