Founded in 2010, the Foundation is committed to bring new perspectives of social inclusion, diversity and equality to the general public, education, corporate and tourism sectors of the community. Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 88 of the IRD.
