About the organisation
本會設立之宗旨如下： 1. 推動、興辦非牟利教育機構、及提高在職人士進修的途徑。 2. 參加社會公益服務，扶助弱勢社群；並進行對社會有實益的其他慈善性質的工作 3. 主辦或協辦籌組或協助籌組非牟利會議、工作室、研討會、實地考察及課程，目的為增進對教育及在職人士培訓方面的知識。 4. 鼓勵、促進、支持及贊助香港及其他地區的機構或組織提供教育以提升就業能力及在職人士工作質素。 5. 就促進及提升教育及知識，向政府或其部門提供意見。 6. 本會可作為基金捐贈的保管人，本會可將基金和盈餘(如有的話)，作出撥款，以提供獎學金、助學金、獎勵之形式給予或捐贈予推廣和提倡教育的非牟利組織或對社會有實益的慈善機構。 7. 為促進、推動、發展、鼓勵教育事業或其他教育項目而設立獎項或給予獎賞。 8. 參加其它慈善救濟工作及慈善捐獻的活動。成立或協助成立支持與本會有相似宗旨的機構及慈善組織。 9. 為實現本會之目的，印刷及出版任何本會認為有助推廣其宗旨之報紙，期刊，書籍，傳單、光碟或其他電子資訊。
