About the organisation
In the past year, we closely co-worked with over 20 schools and provided 300 sessions life and career development workshops; we focus on exploration, development and develop difference mentorship scheme to equip them with knowledge, skills and capabilities to become self-reliant career managers who are able to make the best possible educational, training and occupational choices and manage their life. Also, support schools to provide career development and transition programs and advice that assist young people to make decisions that enable them to make successful transitions to further education, support their lifelong learning and career planning.
Mission
「我們相信拓寬青少年視野對其生涯決定有重要的影響」，本會主要為中三至中六的學生提供以強項為本(Strength-based Approach)及體驗為本(Experiential Learning)的生涯規劃服務；以正向心理學的24個優勢特質作介入點，提升學生的自我效能感，從而加強其探索生涯方向的動機；更聯繫不同的企業及機構，安排以體驗為本的職場參觀、模擬活動、實習生計劃；同時，積極為老師及社工提供生涯規劃輔導的培訓工作。
