About the organisation
The FAS aims at supporting financially, on an occasional basis, the needs of French citizens or their dependants, living or travelling in Hong Kong. It is managed by a committee composed of eight members and one honorary president meeting regularly. All case are investigated immediately as soon as they are received and with absolute confidentiality.
