本會旨在為區內弱勢社群或有需要人士提供各類支援服務。同時亦希望透過義工服務啟發受助者的身心靈，以轉化其心志成為助人者。 我們的使命 1. 推廣愛己愛鄰舍的使命，將鄰里互助的精神融入生活，以建立和諧、 共融及具凝聚力的社區。 2. 協助不同社群互相建立關懷精神及支援網絡。 3. 為地區居民提供優質及非牟利的社會福利服務，並致力宣揚基督的福音。 回應不斷轉變的社會需求。 4. 及早識別及支援有需要的群體和家庭，使他們建立更強的社群支援網。 5. 在弱勢社群裡注入正面價值，使受助者脫離倚靠模式，成為有助人信念的義工。
