The association was established in 1993 as a non-profit voluntary organization in Hong Kong. It aims to provide support and connection to local adoptive families, waiting families and people who are interested in adopting, and to increase society's awareness of adoption through public education. , foster an atmosphere of understanding and support for adoption.
