Mission: 1.To promote the fraternity of the blind people in Hong Kong. 2.To Provide the blind with opportunity for education, training, profession and elevation of social status. 3.To contact overseas members and agencies.
Mission
1. To promote the fraternity of the blind people in Hong Kong; to provide the blind with opportunity for education, training, profession and elevation of social status; 2. Subject to the approval by the Registrar of societies, to conduct welfare services for the blind; and 3. To communicate and cooperate all over the world, blind friends and organisations of the like nature.
