About the organisation

Hong Kong PHAB Association was established in 1972. The Association has been committed to promoting the concept of “PHAB Integration” which is to enable persons with and without disabilities of all ages to participate in social, recreational, cultural, artistic, sports, personal development activities and employment in a barrier-free environment so as to enhance their interaction and collaboration in building up a harmonious and inclusive society.

Mission

To promote the social integration of people with and without disabilities while matching the development in social welfare services.
