About the organisation
JMHF educates all walks of life including the public, students, patients and families in cor rect mental health knowledge by organizing a range of educational activities.It aims to raise their concern for mood disorders so as to enhance the efficiency of treatment and prevention. In addition,JMHF cooperates with different organizations to participate in various educational efforts promoting mental health.
Mission
The Foundation engages in promoting greater knowledge of mood disorders; reducing misunderstanding and discrimination; and providing counseling resources and assistance to patients and their families.

2026年5月8日、15日及22日黃昏，本會在馬頭角社區客廳舉辦了專為高小學生設計、連續三節的心理堅韌力小組。孩子們透過遊戲與合作，在歡笑中輕鬆提升心理抗逆力。活動中，我們看見你們彼此打氣、互相合作，那份暖意讓人感動。願你們在未來的成長路上，繼續善用自己的特質，互相扶持，勇敢迎接生命中的每一個挑戰。
- 花茶時光・心靈充電站
2026年5月17日上午，本會在馬頭角社區客廳舉辦了一場溫暖的親職工作坊。媽媽們先運用花茶材料與曲奇餅，拼湊出一幅呈現當下心境的作品 — 每一幅都是獨一無二的心情風景。隨後，大家一邊品味花茶，一邊「Chill住」談管教，在放鬆的氛圍中學習實用親職技巧，為心靈充飽電。
- 「全盒您心意」母親節親子工作坊
本會於2026年5月9日在馬頭角社區客廳舉辦了「全盒您心意」母親節親子工作坊，孩子與媽媽一起動手裝飾寶盒，在創作、交流和合作中，為彼此留下最溫馨動人的回憶，而這親手打造的寶盒，更成了獨一無二的回憶寶箱。
