誰說長者與科技絕緣？本中心會員代表於上星期六參加了由中國香港體適能總會舉辦的「SMART跨代虛擬運動大賽」。比賽過程中，長者們展現出極佳的團隊默契與優秀的體能，最終脫穎而出，勇奪「團隊冠軍」的殊榮！ 此外，更有會員在「疾走獅子山」項目中突破自我，以驚人的耐力榮獲「個人MVP」，表現令人鼓舞。事實上，引進虛擬運動不僅能有效訓練長者的手眼協調與反應，在鍛鍊體能之餘更能刺激大腦運作。透過長幼共融的活動形式，長者們更從中重建自信，展現出積極、充滿活力的一面。
