About the organisation
Rainbow of Hong Kong was founded on World AIDS Day, 1st December, 1998. We are a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) organization concerned with the quality of life in the LGBT community. Rainbow of Hong Kong founded and operates the only LGBT Community Centre in Hong Kong. Rainbow of Hong Kong Limited is a non-profit Charitable Institution exempt from tax under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Hong Kong.
Mission
1. To promote equal opportunities and sex education. 2. To broaden the living perspectives of grass root communities and to improve their quality of life. 3. To assist volunteers in their initiatives to organize and provide diverse services and activities in response to community needs.
