About the organisation
我們著重建構一個有效機制的範本，改變學校的教與學文化，提高學校的教學品質，令校長、老師、家長和學生都感到我們為學校帶來不一樣的學習生活，希望最終促使教育官員認可和接受我們的範本，以此模式推動全省或全國的學校改革。 我們設計的項目是利用建設新概念圖書室作為平台，協助農村學校建立系統的新教學文化，改變學校的教學模式及推廣閱讀教育，提升學校的軟體，即老師的觀念、教學方法和技巧；培養學生良好的學習和生活習慣，關注學生的心理健康，讓孩子通過有效的教育活動，提高學生的各項能力，身心素質，使他們具有理解、溝通、包容、感染和創造能力的人才，讓農村學生真正因讀書而有機會改變命運。 Annual report - https://readingdreams.org.hk/資料下載/夢飛翔年報/
Mission
Mission of the Reading Dreams Foundation Limited is to establish libraries and promote reading activities in Mainland China. We also aim to enhance their learning abilities and integrity. We strongly believe their individual dreams will be fulfilled and quality youngsters from the less privileged areas will be nourished in time.
