About the organisation
Retina Hong Kong is a self-help organisation composed of and serving patients with hereditary retinal degenerative diseases. Through education and support, it helps patients and their families understand their condition, discover their potential, and enhance their self-confidence and independence. The association also promotes public inclusion, advocates for patients' rights, and facilitates communication with local and international organisations. Additionally, it shares information on treatments, assistive devices, and scientific research to support the community.
Mission
1.Encourage patients understand the inherited retinal degenerative disease. 2.Educate the public accept the patients for social integration. 3.Encourage communication and co-operation among rehabilitation organizations.
