Scout Association of HK is the largest uniformed organization which operates an education movement for young people. A training scheme is also established to equip leaders with all-around skills.

To operate an education movement for young people providing them with challenging and progressive training programmes for their physical, intellectual, social, spiritual and aesthetic development.
