生命影響生命 – 黃詠敏 （LA07, Leeds Metropolitan University市場學系三年級）Accept All Kinds of Students with a Generous Heart 參與「國際華人青年領袖訓練營2007」(LA2007)，從第一至第三階段間的一年，我經歷了重大的生命轉變 ─ 由一個充滿好勝心、孤芳自賞並帶著一絲高傲的孩子，轉化成願意去放下自己去愛世界的孩子。 在LA營會中，我最深刻的是遇到一群「傻瓜」──他們放棄自己玩樂時間，甚至奉上所剩無幾的年假，為的是走到營會裡跟我們這班青年人同哭同笑……那時候我真的將這群願意服侍年青人義工導師看成「傻瓜」，我將他們的愛心與付出，扭曲成一場交易的行為。明顯地是我錯了！ 參與第二階段生命素質培育課程時，我們需要閱讀不同的文章，因此，塑造了一個很大的空間去反思自己的生命。很多時候，我把知識停留於表面，沒有讓知識融入生命中。誰不知每天運動30分鐘有益身心？當認識自己的無知、軟弱和醜陋，連自己都不想接納自己時，導師和組員們卻願意成為我的同行者，陪伴我一同成長。 進入第三階段跨文化服務體驗，有幸我被選為籌備委員會主席，帶領一眾青年義工進入元朗「朗邊中轉屋」，為小朋友籌劃簡單而開心的暑期活動「一人有一個夢想」。由籌備到親身進入社區，我再次體會到自己的渺小，以及增加了我對貧窮家庭的認識。不知不覺間我愛上元朗，愛上那裡的人和事。 藉著三個階段的學習與實踐，我也成為了當初自己口中形容的「傻瓜」──我為自己下了一個決定──要離開自己的安舒區，離開商業社會，投身社會福利機構，繼續學習成為一個「僕人領袖」。
