- Founded in 1953, the Alliance Française de Hong Kong (AFHK) is a Hong Kong not-for-profit association dedicated to the promotion of the French language and culture. Our Mission The Alliance Française de Hong Kong encourages and promotes active connections between people in Hong Kong and French language and culture. It provides the means by which people can learn French language and engage in many different aspects of French culture. - Mission: The Association primarily provides a one-stop services to the occupational injured quadriplegic persons and their families. The Association is concerned about the deprivation of the physically-handicapped whose disability is caused by spinal cord injury.
