Description: Our mission is putting God's love into action by celebrating childhood and building dreams for the poorest of poor children. Goal: To create an environment in the community where the children would have access to education so that the social and economic status of the communities would improve in the future. Objectives: 1. Educating the children by putting them in schools and providing educational kits 2. Open a community library for children where children can access books of various subjects 3. Indulge the children in sports and recreation by building sports teams and getting them trained 4. Organise fundraising events to raise funds for educating children 5. Initiate and train people of the community on a social enterprise to empower communities on sustainable employment; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
