Description: The Chariot Club Ltd., formerly known as The Macau Trotting Club Members' (HK) Association Ltd., is a non-profit organization founded on August 8, 1981, by 21 Macau Trotting Club members. These founding members, including lawyers, architects, accountants, and entrepreneurs, sought to establish a conveniently located clubhouse in Hong Kong where members of the Macau Trotting Club could gather, exchange views on trotting, and foster mutual understanding. The Chariot Club Ltd. has evolved over the years, expanding its facilities and activities to provide members with a comfortable and engaging environment. The club organizes various programs, including Membership Gatherings, Golf Tournaments, Charity Dinners, Countdown Parties, and Foodies' Tours.; Our mission is to strengthen the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. We operate under a guiding principle that we call Vision 30/40. It is the goal for women to occupy 30% of senior investment roles and executive committee positions by 2040. Even with our efforts, and those of so many other organizations working towards gender equity, we still have quite a way to go for women to hold even close to the number of investment or executive roles in finance that men currently hold.
