- 茫茫業海，芸芸眾生。綱紀敗壞，名教沉淪。人間蠅營狗苟者眾，追名逐利如中蠱毒，醉生夢死如飲狂泉，遂致三尸五毒交煎，原罪業障連綿。更有甚者，與眷屬仇敵生生世世輾轉輪迴六道，綑綁難分，最終永墮地獄，無有出期。 東周戰國時期，孟子曾對滕文公曰：「世衰道微，邪說暴行有作，臣弒其君者有之，子弒其父者有之。孔子懼，作春秋。」諸君見文思義，自可想像當時各類邪說歪理四起、暴行惡事不息。各人在權色名利之前，父母不慈、子女不孝、臣民不忠、君主不仁。甚麼五常十善九美德全皆拋諸腦後，令到家國社稷如火坑苦海，人間永無寧日，地獄恆添新囚。 時至今天，雖距孟聖離世逾二千三百年，其聖言仍乃當今天下寫照。有見及此，香港有一信士，深明欲挽狂瀾，非佛莫屬，唯道是卜，遂發心立願要在此大都會中，建立一所道場，方便善信隨時也能前往讀誦《地藏王菩薩本願經》迴向給十方三界六道眾生。此大信士，即前雲鶴山房主持梁景文道長是也。 梁道長立此願後，遂向 呂純陽祖師問乩賜示具體細節。首張乩文告知梁道長，虛空藏菩薩、地藏王菩薩及呂祖仙師均會長駐於此道場。呂祖仙師並賜與本祠「二藏仙祠」之名，以分別代表本祠能為「天地人」三界眾生服務之深意。
