ARCH Community Outreach (ACO) is a non-profit charity (IR File No. 91/11870) that aims to broaden Hong Kong youth’s exposure to international education experiences and diverse careers networks. ACO was originally funded through a gift from the founders of ARCH Education in 2011. Annually a portion of profits from ARCH Education is donated to ACO to continue its outreach initiatives via international opportunities and programs. ACO is also supported by corporate and individual sponsorships that help fund specific programs or provide opportunities to participating students. We received endorsement from St. James’ Settlement in 2012 as a partner charity entity. Since then, St James’ Settlement has provided our programs with ongoing guidance and support, for which we deeply appreciate.

Bishop Dennis Ng Victory Ministries Foundation is established by the motivation of faith and that through this power there can be change at the individual, family and community life impacting all aspects of our life. We recognize that peace with peace with one’s self is the starting point through faith for peace in the world recognizing that the faith in Jesus Christ and the cross stands as a significant symbol of peace in the world today. Aims and purposes of organization: Bishop Dennis Ng Victory Ministries Foundation Limited is a faith-based organization, aims at: 1. Upholding social justice and human dignity through advocating harmonious and sustainable development in nations; 2. Granting relief to the poor and needy, necessitous persons, or charitable organizations; 3. Granting scholarships or making donations to any educational institution or individual and otherwise worldwide; 4. Promoting peace and harmony in conflict situations and among community groups; 5. Promoting and undertaking Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) initiatives; 6. Supporting community based and people centered projects. The purpose of Bishop Dennis Ng Victory Ministries Foundation is to empower individuals, families and local communities, including people of all ages, to master their competencies (skills) to endure hardship in their life, institute cultural and social harmony as a fundamental pillars of a society, and achieve equitable social development in the community, which comply with Goal 4 quality education, Goal 10 reduced inequalities, Goal 16 peace and justice, and Goal 17 partnership.
