EducationThe Gifted Education Council was established in 1988. It aims to promote gifted education and training of gifted & talented children. In the following year, it was registered as a charitable non-profit association with the registration number 91/3096. We believe that everyone has talent. As long as he/she is properly nutured, there are no limits for any child’s future. This council established the Hong Kong Mathematical Olympiad School and the Hong Kong Choir of Outstanding Children. It started up G.T. (Ellen Yeung) College, G.T. College Mong Kok (Chi Kit Campus) and so on, helping society to train talented individuals on a long-term basis. The council has organised large-scale educational activities which have benefited more than 10, 000 students and parents.

Education鳳溪公立學校創立於一九三二年，從廖族假祖祠辦學，到先賢讓地捐獻建校，至今開辦六所政府資助學校，充分體現廖族重視教育、培德育才的傳統。 本校自二零零七年起與Microsoft伙伴合作，在電子學習領域及科學普及教育方面，已確立了領先的地位，中外各地來訪者眾，口碑甚佳。近年各國盛行STEM教育，香港教育局獲香港賽馬會慈善信託基金贊助，開辦了由美國麻省理工學院、香港城市大學及香港教育大學的專家策劃的「運算思維」小學編程計劃，鳳溪第一小學及鳳溪創新小學年內同獲選爲該計劃的先導學校。 為推動學生體育運動的全面發展，除攀樹隊、射箭隊、高爾夫球班相繼成立外，鳳溪的泳池興建督導委員會，亦積極策劃在優美的校園內添建一所全天候游泳館，讓鳳溪泳運能與鳳溪田徑，並駕齊驅。該計劃目前進展順利，期望可盡快落實。
