Education於1979年美國宣教士Pastor David Poling (龐大衛牧師)，被神呼召，夫婦二人同心和憑著信心，離開自己的家鄉 Florida (佛羅里達州)，從美國來中國香港事奉。1980年和幾位同工建立了「中國基督徒神學院」，並於1986年開始擔任「中國基督徒神學院」院長直至現在，特意提倡聖經原文學習，主要教授新約希臘文、舊約希伯來文、亞蘭文、及聖經背景，盡力栽培學生以聖經原文解讀經文。 其中1983-84年曾擔任「神召會神學院」希臘文講師，及1983-89年擔任「香港神學院」希臘文及舊約世界等學科講師，四十年來，以身作則，並致力用廣東話悉心栽培和訓練基督信徒為全職牧者、傳道和委身帶職事奉者，造就不少忠心事主的僕人，並在香港各教會事奉和廣傳福音給中國的同胞。 「中國基督徒神學院」創立40年，其獨特的使命，就是為香港教會信徒欲投身全時間事奉神的僕人，而設立夜間神學學士學位及文憑等課程；並提供教牧同工對聖經原文希臘文、希伯來文初級及高級課程，加強聖經之原文釋經教導；各聖經原文教授來自美國中部伊利諾州 (Lincoln Christian Seminary, Lincoln, IL.) ，同時，強調小班教學，歷年來已在香港造就了不少教牧同工和信徒在教會事奉。
