We partner with charitable organisations, companies, schools and NGOs to serve the community and empower the marginalized. At YWAM Tuen Mun, we aim to better society by building partnerships with donors and charities to alleviate poverty and food waste, as well as to provide social integration for the needy through outreach projects, events and one-on-one interaction. Through our food bank, we distribute donated and surplus food and goods to those in need in Hong Kong, with a focus on the elderly-at-risk, street sleepers, cardboard collectors and low-income families.

Founded in 1972 by Dr. Edward Paterson, Kwun Tong Community Health Project (predecessor organisation of UCN) provided professional, comprehensive and affordable medical service to community with “Hospital without Walls” concept. In 1997, Kwun Tong Community Health Project merged with Nethersole Community Health Service and renamed to United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service.
