Serving over 750 children annually with challenges of a wide spectrum of varying degrees including autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, global developmental delays, Downs Syndrome, cerebral palsy and hyperactivity, we aim at helping SEN children to fulfil their potential at their earliest possible age and preparing them for entry into the mainstream school system. Watchdog run separate English and Chinese programmes for the assessment and training of key development areas in cognitive, fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, self-help skill, expressive and receptive language, and social skills. We offer psychological assessment, specialist teaching both on an individual basis or small group setting, Speech therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Music Therapy.

We are Hong Kong’s sole accredited member of the Global Food Banking Network, an international organisation dedicated to creating and strengthening food banks and national food bank networks. Every day, we collect surplus food from producers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and caterers and deliver it to a network of partner charities, who in turn, provide food to vulnerable communities in Hong Kong. By supporting existing grassroots feeding programmes, we make efficient use of established distribution channels and can focus our own resources on the highest standards in food collection, storage and transportation. Last year, we rescued over 1,250 tonnes of surplus food, saved 2.4 million kgs in carbon emissions and supported 3.7 million meals for vulnerable communities
